Whilst we can execute discrete projects, we are at our best when we work with clients over time. Unlike other advisors, we can work within a business to help them formulate, monitor and realise their strategic ambition supported by a range of services including:
Buying and selling businesses and companies, including the pre-deal preparation and post deal integration that accompanies these activities.
Supporting companies with key projects and board meetings on a flexible basis.
Sourcing and advising on debt and equity for M&A, development capital, working capital, refinancing, and cash out / equity release deals for shareholders.
For those teams looking to either undertake their first Management Buy Out, or perhaps restructure the team dynamics for those key members retiring or newly joining the team, and for whom the incentive of equity ownership will aid their retention in the business and reward them for driving performance.
Business planning and forecast preparation.
To facilitate the execution of specific activity (such as capex projects or M&A), or to document longer term plans for growth that is then communicated to the business and used to measure performance against.
With over a £1bn of transactional experience gained in a range of sectors, we've a depth of practical insights to share to keep you pointing in the right direction.Get in touch
